Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with EZRA Clothing. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. Please read this policy to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from our store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and accessories
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If your item was purchased with a discount or as part of a promotion, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour of the same item, subject to stock availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ezraclothing.com.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@ezraclothing.com and include photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error by EZRA.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.

7. Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are completed within 5–7 working days after we receive your returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
